What code do you all use for a patient seen in OB Triage and admitted for active labor??

We will use the correct code in the 644 category - fairly easy if either premature, false, or early labor. Only issue I can see if you are coding strictly for the professional side and the provider who saw the patient in triage did not follow through to delivery.
