Hi,
I wanted to get clarification on ICD 10 O09.293 since this is mixed question in our office. Can this code be used for history of IUGR, gest. Diabetes, gest. Hypertension, etc. or is it only for history of neonatal death or stillborn?

Hi, well inclusion terms indicate some of the conditions that can be classified under a code - they are not exhaustive (ie restrictive) per ICD 10. However, Z86.32 is personal history of gest diabetes, and there is also z87.59 for personal history of complications of pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium.
