By the way what is that abbrreviation s/p meant for?
 
Well in the absence of more info about whether the patient is already treated (by what) and whether the malignancy no longer exists or not, with the single word Status Post Endometrial Ca, may I assume the malignancy is completely treated? Then the neoplasm code is no longer valid.
The status code has to be referred to the history code in that case.
You have to go for the Vcode- personal history of Mal neoplasm V10.42
Watch out the reason for encounter and assign accordingly.
