Hi! Any help would be appreciated!

Patient has hx of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Now with lung mass that has been biopsied and could represent metastatic pancreatic cancer vs primary lung. Pathology can not confirm either. How would you code this?

If the lung biopsy has no confirmed diagnosis documented, then I would code the lung mass, R91.8 - Other nonspecific abnormal finding of lung field, and code the history of pancreatic cancer Z85.07 as the secondary diagnosis.
