What dx would you use in this scenario for the ct of abdomen & pelvis??
Surgeon performs lap hysterectomy for menorrhagia. No indication of nicks
or damage to organs in report.
Rads then come in and perform ct abdomen/pelvis. Clinical data given: bladder leak post-op, lap hysterectomy, evaluate damage to bladder. All is "normal" after the study. How would you dx this ct??

Maybe v4589, 9975, 9989, v7189.......??
