What would be the best diagnosis for a Atypical Spindle Cell neoplasm on the Ear?
 
Spindle cell neoplasms are connective tissue neoplasms. Code to Neoplasm > Connective Tissue > Site of disease. If the location is not under Connective Tissue, code it to Neoplasm > Site of Disease. Hope that helps.
