That is right. But you would have to assign additionally a code that identify the functional activity- for eg, a female patient presenting with oligomenorrhea galactorrhea, secondary amenorrhea like that

If Growth hormone secreting tumor, like acromegaly, gigantism and so on. these are only for examples
