I am new to coding and I have this procedure and was wanting some help. any would be appreciated.
The patient is taken to the surgery room after falling from his bicycle while riding down the road. He has a fracture and dislocation of the shaft of his radius and ulna. He is having surgery for open reduction and internal fixation of the right radius and ulna.
I am coding the cpt and dx I feel the procedure is 24635- RT and dx is 813.23,
E826.1 E849.5
Does this look correct or am I missing or overlooking something. thanks so much.
