when coding with Ecodes, lets say I have a pt came in with a fall and he cut his hand on a knife at home, and he also has dysuria, headache, and the dr dxs a uti, they sutured the wound and gave cipro for the uti, motrin for the headache how would you sequence these codes?
5990, 7840, 8820 E9203 E8490, or 8820 5990 7840 E9203 E8490. are there any guidelines stating that the Ecodes have to go right after the trauma codes? thank you, alice
