My pmp is having to spend more then usual amount of time during a 90 day follow up visit for patients who are perscribed narcotics. A contract is involved, physical exam, review of meds. The infomation is also logged by her om in a national data base. Other then including 9 or more systems, and time as a factor to reach a higher level of E&M is there any other way to up reimbursement.
