I have another question...I am new to OB/GYN coding and wanted to verify the coding in the following situation:

If a pt who is of AMA (multigravida) presents for just an OB follow-up, wouldn't you use V23.82 rather than 659.63?

If the reason for the visit is supervision only then the V23.82 would be used. The 659.6 is for a complication of the pregnancy
