Someone was questioning whether you can bill an office visit 99201-99205 99211-99215 with various tests ie EEG, vision tests the codes that I checked did not bundler per CCI nor were there any global periods on the testing codes. My other question if a patient comes in with MS for a new visit and a decision is made to do infusion can we code 99201-99204-25 with the infusion code?
 
Ok I think I found my answer add a 25 mod on the office visit. Come on ya'll I try to answer any questions I can so help a girl out sometimes!
