If a provider reviews an MRI, Xray and Lab, I understand all three are considered unique test.

does that mean that the provider meets Category 1? or does he still have to document that he ordered a test or reviewed an external note, in order to meet category 1 for a combination of 2?

Getting mixed information, help :/
 
Reviewing an MRI, xray and 1 lab would count as moderate in data. It meets any combination of 3, not combination of 2.
IMPORTANT: You must also ensure the provider/group did not already receive credit for ORDERING the tests. If you already received credit for ordering, you cannot get credit for the review
