Is anyone else working on the first round of these? Case #4 is driving me batty - not because of the E/M but for the ICD-9 Diagnosis! Rather then posting the entire note here, if anyone else is stumped on that one like me, send me a message and we can have a meeting of the minds!

TY

Lance I feel your pain! I have completed that round and it won't let me go back and look at what I finally came up with but I usually have difficulty in at least one of the notes in each round. Sometimes because I am overthinking it. Good luck.
