Wiki E/M coding for hospitalized patients in Chronic Rehab

I am trying to learn about providers who see patients admitted to Chronic Rehab hospitals, what E/M codes are used for these services? Is it the same as LTCF? Since the location is a hospital, I am not certain what are the correct E/M codes to use and would appreciate any assistance. Should I first ask the exact place of service?
