Can someone direct me to literature on how to code outpatient services for methadone clinics for medicaid. I am finding on how CMS codes but not for Medicaid or commercial payors. My provider is using 99215 they are ordering lab tests, and the DX is F11.20 would this CPT code be valid to use?
