Can anyone help me with documentation for e/m code 92002-ophthalmological services and 92012 ophthalmological services. We are currently billing for the ROP clinic and I wanted to confirm that we are using the correct codes.
 
I can't help you, but I am currently trying to figure it out, too !! I do have some limited printed info and articles, but haven't come to any conclusions yet. If you do find out anything, please share !
