I'm new to coding and the office I work at deals with Aerodigestive Disorders, so each new patient sees a pulm, ent, and gastro in one visit. Then they confer as a team for a care plan. Do I code separately for each speciality during the one visit or just code for the visit based on time? Total time on one chart is 2 hours total for all 3 specialities.

If the physicians are different specialties, I would code each visit for each clinician based on the documentation of that specific clinician.
