I am just starting to work with Neurology (inpatient). When they do they're physical exams for the H&P, what do I look for if I'm trying to use a comprehensive exam of one system?

Go to the CMS website for the '97 guidelines. You will find the single system neuro exam there.

I can send you the E&M templates from the AAN if you'd like them. I find they're much easier to understand than anything else I've seen. Just send me an email if you'd like them.
