Please help settle a disagreement. Patient presents with non-displaced spinal fracture. No surgical intervention, managed by bracing. What complexity of problem would you give this, low or moderate?

I would consider this moderate. Even a transverse process fracture is a substantial injury with extensive soft tissue damage in addition to the bony trauma and would lead to substantial morbidity if untreated or undertreated.
