I have a question in regards to new patinet E/M coding. When coding for a new patient what is everyones understanding if the patient does meet the three key component as listed in the CPT manual?

I am not understanding what you are actually asking? Are you asking what to do if the patient "does not" meet the three key components? Please re-state your question and be a little more specific.
