Hi,
My name is Joanne and i work for a podiatrist office and i have been noticing that the office visits have been getting denied inclusive with nail bed removal 11730 and a wrapping 29540 even with a modifier 25 on the visit and a totally separate dx for the visit. They either deny it for inclusive or preop global. I have appealed it and even sent a copy of the ncci edits stating that it can over ride the edit with correct modifier. Please does anyone have any advice what else i could do ?
