Wiki E/M during global period by different physician

I have a claim being denied by Humana for a patient seen in our office for numbness in his feet. He was still in the global period from a hip replacement. I bill for the neurologist and not the orthopedist, but Humana is saying the visit is global to his surgery? Any thoughts?

Appeal

Appeal with a letter explaining your physician is of a different specialty from the surgeon.
