Just wanted to get some opinons on the following:
Pt came into the office during a PO global from a Colostomy
sx for Diverticulitis. Office visit was to discuss and sched.
Colostomy Reversal soooo wondering if it is appropriate to
bill E&M with 24 modifier or not? (Dx:Diverticulitis -same dx) TIA
