I work in a Urology group. I have a question about the Comprehensive exam. When I look in the Coders' Handbook it states "Perform all elements identified by a bullet; document every element in each box with a shaded border and at least one element in each box with an unshaded border". But, when I look at the Genitourinary (female), it states "includes at least seven of the following eleven elements identified by bullets. I just need clarification if it is just 7 or if we need to use all of the bullets. Thanks in advance.
