HI

Can anyone help me with E/M coding for Allergy/Immunology speciality. Are there any specific guidelines with regards to review of systems and physical examination. If there are any guidelines, a document would be helpful.

Here is the link to the 1997 documentation guidelines; it goes over E/M coding in detail. There is no separate ROS by specialty, but there is separate exam guidelines for different specialties...Immuno is grouped with Hemato & Lympho.
