Wiki E/M for Jail visits by FNP

I work at a OP facility that has a NP go to the local jail to provide care to the inmates and I am trying to figure out what the appropriate E/M code is for these encounters. The NP is selecting Domicilary/Rest Home E/Ms and I don't believe that is the correct one. Can any one offer me an alternative?
