When dealing with patient's in an AL, I find I am giving high LOS. I basing it on MDM diarrhea in someone who is 94 has different consequences than diarrhea in a 30 year old. Does anyone code for ALs? If so, what do you find on MDM and LOS?
Please I know someone must code for these types of facilities. :o
