Wiki E/M for Observation

I have a question regarding what E/M to use when a patient is considered being under observation. The hospital that my provider saw the patient at billed with a POS of 22 due to the patient being under observation. Obviously, we cannot use an inpatient E/M for this. My question is are there are E/M codes specific for under observation?
