I am starting to code E&M for Bone Marrow Transplant patients, pre- & post-. Any and all help in regard to ongoing subsequent E&M coding would be greatly appreciated! Are there any specific guidelines when reading documentation for day after day visits? Is there any information available specific to this type of E&M coding that I could obtain? Thank you all in advance for your help!!:confused:
