The GYN sees the Depo pts periodically to see how it is going, reorders injections. I am unsure if this would be a level II or III Established?

Reviews allergies, pt smokes, comes in for repeat Depo, has been on for years, Gets VS, pt is well-nourished, well-developed, no acute distress. No hx of fractures or blood clots in review of systems. Hx abnormal paps, Colpos, has a repeat colpo scheduled next month, since last one was CIN II. No labs ordered, orders repeat depo- provera series of injections, advises pt to quit smoking, get adequate calcium.
