Will this quality for L3 Or L4 Establish Pt
Hx = 1
HPI = 5 Elements
ROS = 11 Systems
Exam = 6 Organ System including MS having 6 Elements totaling 10 Bullets
Plan: Rx given for pain
Dx Pain in Neck & Pain in limb

Also how does Dx factor in when assigning Level if there were Est Pt with detail History & exam with plan as Moderate (Rx), Dx Pain in Neck & Pain in limb
