Can anyone clarify how this should look? If the provider bills the 99213 on the 1500, should I then see the 99213 also billed under revenue code 510 on the UB04? I am confused how the reimbursement for the space at the facility should appear on the facility claim if it is NOT a split/shared visit. Thank you in advance!
