Trauma
I had a surgeon ask how there could be any relevant family medical history to a trauma. My response... depending on your treatment plan you might want to know if there is any family history of bleeding disorders or difficulty with anesthesia. Two quick and easy questions that are medically relevant to your treatment of the problem, and satisfy the documentation requirements as well.
