Does anyone know if it is correct/incorrect to code a school physical with the E/M Services Preventative Exam codes of 99391-99394?
 
Preventive Medicine

Yes, it is correct to use a Preventive Medicine code for the service. Don't forget to use a V code for the Physical as the diagnoses.
