New to all of this and asking a silly question. Can we use 99214, 96372 and J0400 for a patient that brought in their own Aripiprazole?

Yes, you can bill these codes, but you'll need to bill a $0 charge for J0400 (or a $0.01 charge if your claims system won't allow $0) since your provider did not incur any expense for the cost of the drug itself and is only eligible for payment for the administration.
