I have submitted billing for an e/m (99201) along with cast application (29085) and have been informed I need a modifier. This is not something we do often in our office, so I am unfamiliar with it. Which modifiers are the most common for this service? I will be adding the LT/RT modifier to the cast application code, but am curious about the e/m code... Any help will be appreciated! Thank you in advance :)
