Ophthalmology Coding Advice

I am looking for a consultant with Ophthalmology experience to help with some of the basics of coding.
 
E & M with casting

I work in an orthopaedic/podiatry office. We are seeing a patient for a condtion that is not a fracture or a sprain. We casted the patient every time she was seen. My E & M charges were denied and the casting paid. How can I get the office visits paid? Can I get the office visit paid? Please help me. I'm still in class and I'm the only one who is going to be certified.
