See the guidelines for these codes: 99401-99404, & 98960 - it'll depend on what the patient's problem was, what he discussed with the pt's wife, and the patient's prognosis. Hope that helps!
 
to Cingram--I never tried this, but as long as the additional time is more than 30 minutes, you may be able to bill 99358 (appendix C shows more info if you need it) thanks JM CPC-P
