How is ER codindg done ?Do you code the E/M codes with a procedure code to ?:confused:
Say A Patient comes in and had a laceration on arm , or broke his arm,do you code the procedure code and E/M ?
 
are you coding facility or physician? But the real answer will always depend on the documentation, so given that the answer is yes it is possible.
