I Have question regarding "Medical Decision Making". If physician orders & reviews lab.....then should I give 2 points (1 point for review & 1 point for order) Or should I give just 1 point altogether?
If anyone answers this question that will help me a lot to code/audit the charts.

Review and/or order

The guidelines state "Review and/or Order ..."

The "and/or" means that whether
a) you review -OR-
b) you order -OR-
c) you review & order
you still only get 1 point.

This provides how many data points you can receive. Play around with this website...it has alot of great information.
