What dx codes or conditions would fall under this section? Would it be all complications/conditions within the circulatory system? :confused:
 
E11.51 and E11.52 are also DM circulatory complications codes for diabetic peripheral angiopathy with and w/o gangrene.
 
I was aware of those codes as well but my question is more would the conditions/diseases that fall within the circulatory system such as CHF, HTN, AFIB etc be reported within the E11.59? If not what conditions would be used with E11.59?
