Physician is doing a tympanoplasty with Ossicular chain reconstruction and a revision of a Mastoidectomy same side.
Was looking for Combo code and I didn't see one,. 69604 includes revision of Mastoidectomy resulting in tympanoplasty, but no OCR.
If using these codes 69632 with 69601 would a modifier be appropriate?
