Why can't i code an earwax removal 69210 with an Office Visit (w/ -25) if i only have a dx code of 382.9 (otitis media). Do i need to add another dx code due to the extent of the exam (vitals, etc). They are only paying for the 69210 and it pays so little. HELP. :confused:
