in my report "...EBUS was focused such that we could biopsy the subcarinal lymph nodes as well as the paratracheal lymph nodes. Fine needle aspiration biopsies of these structures around the trachea and subcarinal area were performed" I believe +31620 but would I use 10022(w/ imaging) for the fine needle aspiration or 10021(w/out imaging)
