I see a retired supplemental Article ID A52856 from NGS. I am coding ESA therapy for Non-ESRD use and have always used an EC modifier. Since this is retired, would the EC modifier still apply? or any of the other modifiers still apply?

LCD is L33617
J0885 is the HCPCS
