Our revenue management director has asked the coders to code ECG as 8952 procedure and CPTs 93005-TC and 93010-26. Is this double coding?

The coders have been coding ECG as 8952 with cpt 93000- 26-TC.

Which method is the correct coding for this procedure?

Yes this is double coding. If you go with 93005 that would be for tracing only. If you want the interpertation and report then you should code 93000not 93010.
