Can we bill 93306 then 93351? There is a gap of 3 days but 1199 SEIU benefit plan of New York is denying for inclusive.

We billed 99212 (25) + 93306 on dos 08/23/2022 and 93351 alone on 08/26/2022

Please advice me on this. What would be possible reason for denial and what corrections are needed to get paid.
