yes we can bill all three CPT's 93306,26 93320,26 and 93325,26 but already have an complete echo with CPT 93306 performed so we cannot code CPT 93320 instead that code CPT 93321-26.Correct billing must be 93306-26, 93321-26 and 93325-26

For complete echo reading and interpretation, we just bill 93306-26.

For limited echo reading and interpretation, we will 93308-26, 93321-26, 93325-26.
 
I have recently come across some rebuttals for the use of 93321 with 93308 stating that they didn't do it. They just wanted to 93308. How do I determine if 93321 should be coded with 93308. There was no color doppler performed so I did not use 93325. TIA, Vicki
 
Can you provide an example of a report where you coded 93321 & 93308 and the insurance company denied 93321 so we can see if your documentation supports the 93321? You question is tough to answer without seeing an example of what was documented and coded where the insurance company denied the 93321 as not being done.
