Complete vs limited echo? If the provider notes at the top of the report that the study is “technically limited due to body habitus” and states “Aorta: the aortic root is not well visualized” but everything else is and documented. Would this be 93306, 93306-52, or 93308?

I would code this as a complete echo - 93306. The provider does a good job of documenting why the one portion couldn't be visualized.
